One of our initiatives is to provide flexible working arrangements with opportunities for remote work and digital collaboration.

Here are some of our initiatives to reduce travel needs and resource consumption

Energy Consumption and Data Centre

Data Centre
Flex4Business ApS uses a data centre that focuses on energy optimisation and works with solutions designed to limit electricity consumption. The provider also focuses on efficient technology and reducing unnecessary energy use.

At the office

Flex4Business ApS also has several initiatives in our daily routine to save on energy. Some of them are:

• All lighting uses LED technology, with automatic controls to switch lights off
• We consider energy consumption when purchasing hardware, especially for devices that are powered on frequently
• We limit energy consumption wherever possible

Environmental Considerations in Our Daily Work

In addition to the initiatives mentioned above, we take further steps to consider environmental impact and resource consumption in our daily work.

• We limit the use of printed materials and use LaserTryk, a Nordic Swan Ecolabelled and FSC-certified printing company with documented environmental initiatives
• Provide support to associations and other organisations working on environmental initiatives
  
• We sort our waste according to applicable waste sorting schemes to enable recycling wherever possible
• We try to avoid using disposable products
• Work digitally to reduce the use of paper and printing
• When purchasing materials, we consider factors such as durability and opportunities for recycling
• We try to avoid food waste
