POS / Cash Register System
We are happy to provide integration to your POS / cash register system
Online and Offline Ticket Sales
We focus entirely on online ticket sales, webshop and card systems – and therefore do not have our own POS system. This means you get a comprehensive ticketing system with far more features than the solutions that simply come bundled with a POS.
For us, the ticket system is the main product. That gives you more features, greater flexibility and better upselling opportunities – while maintaining a fast, user-friendly experience for both guests and staff.
Integration with POS
We understand that many want to connect online and in-person sales. That’s why we offer integration with your existing POS system.
Since we have extensive experience with POS integrations and develop everything in-house, we can often create it both faster and more affordably than you might think.
In short: You get a powerful ticketing system that can stand alone – but also work seamlessly with your POS.

Integration with POS
Simple Integration
Many choose to see the POS and webshop as two separate sales platforms – and that makes perfect sense. Often, there are products sold in-store that are not available online, while the webshop focuses on upselling and experience-related products not listed in the POS system.
Both systems handle sales, statistics and accounting. With a simple integration, they can still work closely together – for example, the POS can print barcodes on receipts that can be scanned in the ticketing system for access or card issuance. At the same time, summarized sales data can be transferred automatically, giving you an overall view of visitor numbers, revenue and performance. Additional small integrations can also be added as needed.
This solution is fast, stable and cost-effective – and covers the needs of most businesses.
Advanced Integration
For those with more complex needs, we can offer an advanced integration where the two systems work even closer together. Here, the POS and ticketing system effectively become one unified flow – with automatic data exchange and synchronization.
This can, for example, mean that products are automatically created in both systems, sales are registered across systems, or that season passes and customer data are shared so a customer is recognized whether they buy online or in person. Stock levels, gift cards, memberships, and discount codes can also be synchronized between systems – depending on your setup.
This solution requires a bit more setup and is typically more expensive. It’s often ideal for larger amusement parks and similar venues, but overkill for smaller attractions, museums or experience centers.

Frequently Asked Questions about integration between ticketing system and POS
Does the Flex4B ticketing system have its own POS?
No, the Flex4B system does not have its own POS. Instead, we focus entirely on online ticket sales, webshop and card system. This means you get a much stronger ticketing system with more features, better flexibility and higher upsales than POS systems where ticketing is only a secondary function.
How does a simple integration between POS and the ticketing system work?
The simple integration is the most widely used solution. Here, POS and webshop work as two separate platforms, but exchange data at key points. For example, the POS can print barcodes on receipts which are scanned in the ticketing system, and summarised sales figures can be transferred so you get a combined overview of visitor numbers and revenue. The solution is fast, stable and economical.
What does an advanced integration include?
An advanced integration connects the systems more closely so they operate as one unified solution. Products, customers, cards and sales can be synchronised automatically. Stock levels, gift cards, memberships and campaign codes can also be shared across systems. This solution is ideal if you want full coherence between online and physical sales – for example for large attractions, events or chains.
Is it expensive to get an integration developed for Flex4B?
Often not. Since we develop everything in-house and have extensive experience with POS integrations, we can offer solutions that are both effective and economical. The price depends on how tightly the integration needs to be – but for most customers, the simple solution is both sufficient and very cost-effective.
