New data processing contracts

On 11 June 2023, we sent out new data processing contracts to all our customers.

Regarding the new data processor agreements

If that the EU has changed the legislation and added new things, our old data processing contracts were no longer adequate. We have therefore chosen to have new data processing contracts drawn up to ensure that we follow the applicable legislation and include everything that is required now.

The new data processing contracts are based on the Danish Data Protection Authority's template, which is valid throughout Europe, and can therefore be used for all our customers, who currently is located in Denmark, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands and Spain. It was originally made in 2019 and is adapted continuously.
