Support closure days at Flex4Business ApS
Our servers are monitored around the clock throughout Christmas and New Year's, just as they are for the rest of the year.
Any issues will be handled by our server center, should any unexpected challenges arise.
We will be closed for support on
- December 23rd - December 26th
- December 30th - January 2nd
Helpdesk, email, and phone calls will not be answered during these periods, but the servers are continuously monitored to ensure that all sites remain operational.
In the following period, response times may be longer, and helpdesk cases will be prioritized
